When does the credit actually show up?

As soon as your friend's first cleaning is finished and paid for, we apply $25 to both accounts. You'll see it as credit toward your next scheduled visit.

Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?

No limit. Every friend whose first cleaning is completed earns you another $25 — and if you refer three within 90 days, you also get a free standard cleaning.

Does my friend need to mention my name when they book?

Yes — that's the only step. When they call or text 925-430-7676 to book, they just let us know who referred them so we can credit both accounts correctly.

Can the credit be used on any service?

Yes, it applies toward any standard Bay Breeze Maids cleaning at your regular service address.

I manage rental properties. How does the program work for me?

Refer a tenant or owner who books a cleaning and you'll receive $30 per unit onboarded. If you manage several properties, call us to talk about an ongoing discount across your portfolio.
